The Generous Campaign: God’s Goodness in Ballard

We serve a loving and gracious God, who loves us so much that he sent his Son, Jesus, to die on a cross for our sins and rise from the grave, conquering Satan, sin, and death (John 3:16). Though we were headed down a path of death and destruction, those who have faith in Jesus are now redeemed and made alive in Christ (Ephesians 2:5). In response to this amazing grace and work of redemption, we are sent on mission to glorify God by sharing the hope we have in Jesus with those who don’t yet know him. Baptisms | December 6th

Baptism is a Christian’s public declaration of their commitment to Jesus. Through baptism, Christians celebrate Jesus’ transforming work in their lives and show their personal union with Jesus in his death, burial and resurrection. At the Ballard campus, we will be doing baptisms at all services on Sunday, December 6th. If you have recently become a Christian, are a Christian who has not yet been baptized or were baptized before you met Jesus, consider making this public statement on the 6th. Click here to register.

Campus Cleanup
Thursdays |
6:30pm

Every Thursday at 6:30pm, Campus Cleanup prepares the Ballard campus for Sunday services. Join us for a time of studying Scripture, prayer, snacks, and cleaning & maintenance. Anyone who desires to worship Jesus, serve the church, and build community is welcome to attend. Email for more info.

Community Groups

We were created to worship Jesus in community in the Image of our Creator, who Himself exists in community. At Mars Hill, community groups are the place where discipleship and care take place. It is also within community that we engage culture and incarnate Jesus in the nooks and crannies of our city. It is our desire to see every member of Mars Hill loved, cared for, and challenged within a thriving community. For more info, or for help in finding a community in your area, go to The City (“Find a Community”) or e-mail.

Spiritually Alive

Through Jesus, God has given us the opportunity to be made spiritually alive. Jesus calls himself “the bread of life” (John 6:35). He says that he is “the way, the truth and the life” (John 14:5). And in [...]
