Arriving From SEA-TAC Airport

Here are some available options for you to get from the airport to your hotel or to the Ballard campus:

Rental Cars
Nine rental car companies have information counters in the Baggage Claim area including: Alamo, Avis, Budget, Hertz, National, Advantage, Dollar, Enterprise, and Thrifty. Book online well ahead of time for the best prices.

Cabs
Taxis are available on the third floor of the Parking Garage. Sedans, station wagons and large vans are all available. To prearrange a ride call 206.246.9999 or use the curbside phones on the Baggage Claim Level.

Public Transit
Public transportation services are available to and from the airport. Bus routes serve the airport outside Door 6 by baggage carousel #1, on the Baggage Claim (lower) level.

Metro Route 194
Daily airport service to and from downtown Seattle. Departs every 30 minutes, travel time 30 minutes.

Metro Route 174
Daily airport service to and from downtown Seattle. Departs every 30 minutes, travel time 45 minutes.

Note: You can take route 194 or 174 to downtown and connect with Metro buses serving other Seattle neighborhoods. Mars Hill Church is located in the Ballard neighborhood and is served by route 15, 17 and 18. Please visit the Metro website for additional information. Planning your trip route ahead of time is advised.

Airport Express
Airport Express by Gray Line serves the airport outside Doors 6 & 26 on the Baggage Claim (lower) level. It departs twice an hour, with service to and from major downtown Seattle hotels. Gray Line Connector Service will be required for Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express. Call 206.255.7159 one hour before pick-up.

Directions (North or Southbound I-5):
1)    From I-5, take the NE 45th Street exit (University of Washington)
2)    Northbound I-5: Turn LEFT onto NE 45th Street and proceed WEST (over the interstate).
3)    Southbound I-5: Turn RIGHT onto NE 45th Street and proceed WEST
4)    NE 45th Street becomes N 45th Street
5)    N 45th Street becomes N 46th Street
6)    N 46th street becomes NW Market Street
7)    Turn LEFT at 15th Ave NW
8)    Stay in the lane furthest right and continue on 15th Ave NW for FOUR blocks
9)    Take the off-ramp, bearing slightly right, to NW Leary Way (before the bridge)
10)    Turn LEFT at the traffic light onto NW Leary Way
11)    Mars Hill Church is located two blocks EAST at 1401 NW Leary Way
